Results 13-09

Well it had to happen and it's in line of my current trading.

The game of FC Midtjylland v Randers ending 1-1 after a 1-1 ht-result. System told to get in, shame the penalty wasn't converted. Loss here of €36,80, bringing the bank back to € 1.027,69.

I'm afraid I have to rule out LTD midweeks from now on as I simply can't find time to do proper research.

Will keep on posting in weekends for now. So friday-evening or saturday-morning will be the next post.

Have a nice week and enjoy the european football.

Good day today. No lay the draw tomorrow!!

Two games traded today as they were ruled in;

13:00 Derby v Sheff Utd. Profit € 3,61

I'm gonna take some time to evaluate my trading and will resume somewhere next week. LTD will be suspended too until then.

Lay the draw (11-09-2010)

Woohoo, I have Lay The Draw action again tomorrow. Still nothing automated so a lot of research manually to do the cards. To be honest, I do have certain rules but the final decision on a trade will always be manual.

Am getting tired now, finished until 19.30.Have come up with these;

I'll be having a go from the start on this/these game(s):

13:00 Derby v Sheff Utd. Exit at half odds if 0-0, green up after goal

I'll be monitoring this/these game(s) for possible action later in the game:

11:00 Duisburg v 1860 Munich, if 0-0 or 1-1 at halftime
14:30 Dortmund v Wolfsburg, if 0-0 or 1-1 at halftime
15:00 Coventry v Leicester, if 0-0 at halftime
17:15 Burnley v Preston, if 0-0 at halftime
18:00 Toulouse v St Etienne, if 0-0 at halftime

Be possibly back for more tomorrow.

Have a good night and a profitable weekend :-)

No LTD until after the international break

Decided to suspend the LTD action until after the international break. At this moment I'm looking how to fasten my selectionprocess, maybe automate it a bit.

Not come very far but will keep searching :-)

Have a good weekend,

NO LTD today + round-up yesterday

No LTD today of course and to be honest it might be quiet this midweek for sure. I don't intend to do LTD on the international matches next weekend and midweek. Maybe some lower league matches go In-Play and I might have action on those.

Round-up yesterday.

Only got involved in Brann v Viking from the start. On 0-2 I greened up the trade for a net profit of € 10,07.
P/L for Monday was €10,07
New bank €1.050,50

When I watched my records since I restarted I discovered a funny fact. From the matches I highlighted on the blog, 14 matches, 11 of them were Over 2.5 goals. Nothing special so far but it's something I'm going to record on my sheet as well, you never know if the selectionprocess has some legs for an Over 2.5 goals system.

Have a nice evening and I will be back on the blog on the day there is lay the draw action.

Lay the draw (30-8-2010)

Well the LTD-venture remains this monday with action. Yesterday I couldn't find enough time to go over the coupon, shame really because there was a lot of football. From now I plan to analyse the weekend matches in parts during the week.

On to today.

I'll be having a go from the start on this/these game(s):

18:00 Brann v Viking

I'll be monitoring this/these game(s) for possible action later in the game:

18:00 IK Brage v Vasby
Gonna lay the draw in this game but not at these odds, gonna wait for 30 minutes, stats say no early goals to expect so better to wait and get lower odds.

18:00 OB v FC Midtjylland
Lay the draw at half-time if still 0-0

Let's hope for a profitable day.

Have a good one.

Can't find time to go over the evening coupon.

Maybe action tomorrow. Be back on the blog then.

Have a nice day,

Round-up and LTD 29-08-2010

Only involvement yesterday in Aberdeen v Kilmarnock. A last second goal gave me full profit :-).
Layed the draw at half time, odds 2.54. Backed 1-1 In Play at about 70 minutes to protect myself for 2 quick goals. Odds on 1-1 were 20's. In the end €21,77 profit on this game.

P/L for today is €21,77
New bank €1.040,43

Nothing early on the LTD's for me today. Will be back later this afternoon with another post for today.

Have a nice day,

RB

No other LTD today

Nothing else for me today.

Round-up tomorrow with tomorrows selections.

Have a nice evening.

Round-up and LTD 28-08-2010

Running late today...Not even done the full coupon matching my strategy.

First the round-up for yesterday.
No trade on Legia Warsaw v GKS Belchatow as no 0-0 at ht.
Traded Colchester Utd v Carlisle. Ht-score was 1-0 when I exited the trade for €5,70 profit. This oddsrange have to proof profitable, by the looks of it I need an enormous strike-rate to break even.

P/L for today is €5,70
New bank €1.018,66

For today I have researched the coupon until 17:00.

No LTD's from the start so far.

I'll be monitoring this/these game(s) for possible action later in the game:

12:45 Blackburn v Arsenal
14:30 Schalke v Hannover
14:30 Nurnberg v Freiburg
15:00 Aberdeen v Kilmarnock
15:00 Derby v QPR
15:00 Orebro v Helsingborgs

Entering these games if the half-time score is 0-0.

Be back with more later on today.

Have a nice day.

Lay the draw (27-8-2010)

Two games that qualify my strategy tomorrow:

I'll be having a go from the start on this/these game(s):

20.45 Colchester Utd v Carlisle
Lay price is lower than I would have expected. Goal by the awayside will probably mean a scratch-trade. Colchester is fav to me.

I'll be monitoring this/these game(s) for possible action later in the game:

20.00 Legia Warsaw v GKS Belchatow
Polish league is known for it's low scorers, but we have a strong home-fav here. If 0-0 I will enter at half-time at low odds of around 2.40-2.60.

Have a good night.

Lay the draw (26-8-2010)

No LTD qualifying following my strategy.

Back tomorrow.

Round-up and LTD 24-08-2010

Well this first day ended in profit, which is nice.

Round-up 23-08-2010

KuPS v VPS. Had to settle with a €3,47 loss here. I traded out after the 0-1 and just before the 0-2 L. If only I could have hold my nerve for another 2 minutes orso

FC Midtjylland v FC Nordsjaelland. Entered at ht, game gone as expected. Hometeam winning in the second half, brought me €16,43 profit.

Torino v Varese. No trading here, at this time the awayteam is leading 1-2.

P/L for today is €12,96

New bank €1.012,96

No Lay the draws for tomorrow. Will write a post tomorrow if there is going to be lay the draw action on Wednesday.

Have a nice evening.

Lay the draw (23-8-2010)

Hello,

First time I post my lay the draw selections. I hope to pick up the form I had last season before I stopped and changed my style of trading.

I'll be having a go from the start on this/these game(s):

19.30 KuPS v VPS.
Will try to lay at 4.10 or take the price available before KO.

I'll be monitoring this/these game(s) for possible action later in the game:

19.00 FC Midtjylland v FC Nordsjaelland
Expect a homewin here, but I think it could be realised in the second half. I'll be looking to lay the draw around 2.80-3.00 if 0-0 around ht.

20.45 Torino v Varese
Clear home fav but first game of the season, could be a goalless first half, if so I'll be laying the draw at ht around 2.60-2.80 if 0-0 at ht.

Staking:
I'll be monitoring results from a bank of €1.000, I'll be using €25 stakes for now. That will increase when the season has settled a bit.

Exit the trade:
When a goal is scored by the favourite, I will let my trade on for 10-15 minutes to hopefully get a second goal. If not I'll take the profit. If a goal is scored by the underdog I'll trade out for a small loss. For the second half trades, I will trade out directly after a goal.

When a trade goes against me:
I'll be going out of the start LTD's at odds of 1.90. For the second half trades; I will let these run until the end.

Let's make it a great season.

Have a nice day,

RB

Changes

Hello all readers J

This post is meant to say, I’m still alive. Holiday is over and the new footballseason is on it’s way. I’m still doing my trading and from this weekend on I can’t see it being out of my mind again. The last few days/weeks I have been thinking what is the way forward for my blog. I don’t want to be in a challenge anymore and I’m planning to change the blog dramaticly. I’m looking to pick up my lay the draw trading again, next to my normal In Play betting/trading. On this blog I’m going to run the lay the draw stuff. I will post up the games I’m going to trade and P/L from those afterwards. Will start from the next footballweekend (August 27). Will try to cover most In Play leagues. The In Play coupon will be the basis to start looking for qualifying matches. I will never lay higher than 5.00 (will probably be 4.50 In Play), have to get my head around the best exit-strategy the next week, for now I think I will trade out for a loss in the region 1.90-2.00.

Also I’m going to give a some bettingsystems a proper thought and try if I think they are good. I have some interest in the US Sports (NBA, NHL, MLB and NFL) but never been successful with it. If someone has a suggestion feel free to leave a comment.

So some stuff changing on my blog. No posting of p/l screens from betfair, only doing the lay the draw stuff. I have another system in my head, did a bit of research on it and it could be good for betting, will mention on this blog if it has legs. In the next weekend you’ll see the outlook of the blog change.

That’s it so far…

Be back soon.
